Delivery FAQs

Thanks for showing interest in our products.

Estimated Delivery Times: For orders delivered by an external courier company (mainly The Courier Guy or Internet Express) within the borders of Gauteng, you can expect delivery in 1-3 working days.

Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and KwaZulu-Natal deliveries can be expected in 1-4 working days.

North West and Free State delivery can be expected in 1-3 working days.

Northern Cape, Western Cape, and Eastern Cape can expect delivery in 2-4 working days. This applies to standard shipping and may vary.

Please be advised that the above is subject to change. The external courier will always keep the customer updated.

Delivery Costs: Orders over R5999+ are delivered free of charge in Gauteng only. Delivery fee may vary from basket value for orders over R5999+ outside of Gauteng.

Order Tracking: The courier company will send you an email or SMS to update you on your order. A waybill number can be used to track your order on their website.

Delivery Areas: Some areas are highlighted as high-risk zones or danger zones by external companies and that may delay delivery. The courier company will communicate an alternative method of delivery in this case.

We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa. Delivery for online orders of R5999 or more in and around Gauteng is FREE! 

Orders outside of Gauteng are charged according to the order value with different intervals per delivery fee and order value.

Please ensure you have provided the correct address to be charged the correct delivery fee for your order.

We will contact you once your order and delivery address is received. We will confirm availability and delivery cost.

We will attempt to deliver goods within the advised time periods, but goods are subject to availability and delay in the delivery of goods is frequently in the hands of an external courier which we have no control over.

Once a tracking number is sent to you, you can track your order on the courier’s respective website.

You are required to make all the necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

If you are not at home on the date that has been agreed and the delivery agent cannot contact you, we reserve the right to charge you for the re-delivery

You may in certain instances cancel your order. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery call us or email us to do so.

If you cancel an order and the goods have already left GOF Furniture warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the order.

We can only process the refund once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse in good condition.

If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable.
